We had a great experience dealing with this company. They were extremely honest. They were also respectful and punctual. When we first called to tell him about our issue he made it a priority on a weekend to come out within 15 minutes of the call to do a free inspection. He was on time to do this repair and the quality of the work done was excellent. He showed us before and after pictures of what was done to the roof. I originally contacted Josh with JD Roof based on Nextdoor reviews. I contacted them on a Saturday morning after I discovered a leak . He came out and gave me a price on repairs. I asked him for a quote for entire roof replacement. We decided to go with JD Roof and we couldn’t be happier. Quality of the roof, the attention to detail and making sure all nails and debris are picked up before they leave was outstanding. We decided to use JD Roofing to have a new roof installed.we had a couple of other estimates that came in higher and they offered to lower their price only after hearing that we were quoted a lower price from JD Roofing. I saw a JD Roofing sign at a business location near my neighbood and decided to give them a call.After meeting with Josh and him sending over everthing in writing of what was going to be done we signed the contract.This is a very big decision to try and pick a good rooing company and after everything was done we where very pleased with the decision and my neighbors love the roof.They did a great Job on the roof as well as the clean up stage.If we were to install another roof I would definitely try to locate JD Roofing.Also shout out to his crew,they answered any question that we would have and Josh is visible onsite throughout the day.We also had a reference of roofing job locations that we were able to look at before we made our decision. JD Roof Improvements did a great job with our roof. From the first call to the completion of the job their service has been phenomenal. JD staff assisted us with the insurance claim paperwork, which was great and convenient. Josh came to my home and gave a spectacular presentation. It was very thorough and I had an understanding of what work needed to be done. He did not try to upscale me instead he was honest and provided me with sound advice. The roofing crew was prompt and professional. The roof was complete in 1 day the yard was left clean and swept. Also after the work was done Josh sent back a crew to inspect the work inside our attic. We love our new roof and highly recommend this great company. Josh Was very professional and easy to deal with during my roof replacement. Our roof was damaged during a December storm and I was worried because insurance did not cover much of it. Josh’s price was fair and reasonable. I worked with two other roofers to get quotes and both of them did not follow through on scheduling the replacement. Josh had repaired my brothers roof, and was recommended to me. I’m very glad we chose to use him. Quality materials, very clean worksite, and Great workmanship.
