Roofing Replacement

I'd just had my water heater replaced and dealing with insurance etc. The water heater vent thru my roof needed to be sealed and there was a storm forecast for the next day. I couldn't find anyone who could take care of this on such short notice. I'd seen JD Roof Improvements on Nextdoor and gave them a call. It was late afternoon and he answered. When I explained my need he told me he'd get to it before dark. He came did the repair and it's now secure. I'll likely be needing a new roof in a couple of years and JD Roof will be on my list to call.

Found them on Nextdoor and so glad I went with them for roofing repairs/shingle replacement. He quoted me and within a few days they were out here and got the work done in 1 day! Highly recommend. Willing to work with you on financing/payments as well.

We decided to use JD Roofing to have a new roof installed.we had a couple of other estimates that came in higher and they offered to lower their price only after hearing that we were quoted a lower price from JD Roofing. I saw a JD Roofing sign at a business location near my neighbood and decided to give them a call.After meeting with Josh and him sending over everthing in writing of what was going to be done we signed the contract.This is a very big decision to try and pick a good rooing company and after everything was done we where very pleased with the decision and my neighbors love the roof.They did a great Job on the roof as well as the clean up stage.If we were to install another roof I would definitely try to locate JD Roofing.Also shout out to his crew,they answered any question that we would have and Josh is visible onsite throughout the day.We also had a reference of roofing job locations that we were able to look at before we made our decision.

I originally contacted Josh with JD Roof based on Nextdoor reviews. I contacted them on a Saturday morning after I discovered a leak . He came out and gave me a price on repairs. I asked him for a quote for entire roof replacement. We decided to go with JD Roof and we couldn’t be happier. Quality of the roof, the attention to detail and making sure all nails and debris are picked up before they leave was outstanding. My neighbor came out and said wow , those guys clean well after they finished your roof. I recommend JD roof!

Josh Was very professional and easy to deal with during my roof replacement. Our roof was damaged during a December storm and I was worried because insurance did not cover much of it. Josh’s price was fair and reasonable. I worked with two other roofers to get quotes and both of them did not follow through on scheduling the replacement. Josh had repaired my brothers roof, and was recommended to me. I’m very glad we chose to use him. Quality materials, very clean worksite, and Great workmanship. We put a sign up in our yard until the wind blew it down. Proud to do so!
